We serve clients throughout the USA and Canada.
Orders from our USA site are printed and shipped in the USA and are billed in US$. No sales taxes are charged on US orders.
Orders from our CANADA site are printed and shipped in Canada and are priced and billed in CA$.
HST is charged on all Canadian orders.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE INCLUDED for domestic shipments from either country. Surcharges may apply in some cases.

- Prices and billing transactions on our US site (Extramileprinting.com) are in US Dollars
- Prices posted on either site include shipping costs within the country of billing.
- Prices assume printing from customer supplied “print-ready” files in PDF format. See details for “print-ready” file preparation later on this page.
- Artwork creation and/or revisions, including modifications to customer supplied files, are billed extra at $95.00/hr with a $25.00 minimum charge per revision/proof.
We want your experience to be as easy as possible.
That’s why SHIPPING COSTS ARE INCLUDED to most major centers in the Continental USA in our prices.
This way you know your TOTAL cost right away and there are no surprises when you reach the checkout stage.
Shipping is normally 1-2 days by UPS or PUROLATOR ground.
Items may also be shipped by USPS Parcel Post – depending on weight, at our option.
NOTE – we DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES or to some remote areas or areas outside the continental USA or Canada.
Call for shipping rates if your US shipping address is outside the Continental USA (such as Alaska, Hawaii, etc.) or if you have any questions about shipping to your location.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is good for 30 days following the date of your purchase. If you request a refund, the time it takes for your refund to arrive may depend on your bank. In most cases, you should receive your refund within 30 days. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and may not be covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
Grammatical errors made by the customer,
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images,
Design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process,
Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type,
Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.

While we do all we can to meet customer requirements, there are too many variables outside of our control to allow us to reliably make such promises.
PRICES SHOWN on this website assume we are printing from “Print-Ready” PDF files you supply for each product you want printed.
PDF files are special files that tell us how to print your item.
They need to have some rules, like …
The letters and shapes in the PDF file need to be built into the file (embedded), not floating around. The pictures in the PDF file need to be clear and sharp, not blurry or fuzzy. (300 dot per inch resolution is recommended). The colors in the PDF file need to be mixed from four basic colors (CMYK) – cyan, magenta, yellow, and black. Other colors like RGB or PANTONE SPOT COLORS need to be changed to these four colors before you make the PDF file.
The edges of the PDF file need to have some extra space (bleed) with the same color or picture as the background. This is to make sure the finished product looks nice when it is cut to the finished size and doesn’t end up with unwanted “white space” need the trimmed edges.
The inside of the PDF file needs to have some empty space – a “safe zone”, where you don’t put any important words or pictures. This is to make sure your finished item doesn’t look crowded or messy after it’s trimmed to size.
The corners of the PDF file need to have some small marks, known as crop marks, that show where to trim the finished item. These marks need to be outside of the trim edges so they don’t show up on the finished item.
If you need help to make your PDF file or change something in it, we can do that for you, but you may need to pay a little extra. Alternatively, we can create a brand new layout for you. Just let us know and we’ll be happy to work out pricing for you.
